Agreed, not a propane tank. Not a pressure vessel of any kind with the flat ends. But a regular tank will build pressure faster than it can vent in that situation. Likely a fuel tank judging by the fireball. But even a water tank can BLEVE with enough heat applied fast enough, you just get a lot of steam.
