All of that’s correct. So you agree with me. Here is the actual response an owner will give you. Oh such and such former renter took care of that so I’d have no idea what to do. My response would you ask the? Well if just like to stay out of it.
FYI please respond to my email supporting that the previous insurance shouldn’t matter. Thank you.
RMA direction rule: The “1 in 4 rule” states that land must be planted, insured, and harvested in at least one of the four most recent crop years.
