Wisconsin | If it makes you feel better, in 2029 (if not sooner), the US will have a more cognitively intact president than it's had since 2017, and there will be a lot of people quite relieved. With any luck, he'll be in his 50's, or lower 60's, not upper 70's or 80's. And possibly he'll have some real world experience even.
That being said, and in light of that preference for a cognitively intact non geriatric president, very many Americans are satisfied with a surprising number of Trumps actions, if not his words. The old lady asking for a taxi are the ones denying what's happening. Most of the allied leaders seem quite capable of dealing with the Trump administration. | |
