SE Iowa | If you can’t apply it yourself idk how the numbers work for two pass fungicide. Even if you use a cheaper chemical one of the two passes. Here 7oz Veltyma is gonna be near 40$ an acre with a helicopter applicator. Plane couple dollars cheaper maybe but roughly 10 BPA break even. A 15-20BPA break even for two passes seem like a prayer when looking at usual returns on fungicide. Save the money and buy LP to dry and pick it wet is what I have been pondering. I’m sure your yield goal is different than mine so you honestly may have more bushels to protect but a good one shot I hope would be good enough to keep it upright. | |
