I'm not smart enough to take my own advice.    I just watch other guys make money hand over fist doing things other than farming.

If you really want to make a pile of money with that equipment, get into doing landscaping work.    There is basically no limit on how much you can charge for doing landscape work around new Million dollar houses.



Yeah I do have a friend that does exactly that. It has slowed up a lot currently. But it does seem to be the way to go profit wise. Fair bit of competition with small excavating and skid steer work locally too, but likely still better profit wise.
