You have a couple strikes against you, your in MN, counties vary in how strict they are, locally all kinds of systems are required to be replaced when property changes hands. Not at all unusual to put a new system in then sell property and be required to put new system in again, often a mound system with pumps. If your project added living space no surprise they want more.
