| Hey AgTalk,
I wanted to share a tool we’ve been building at Senseen called Nutriscope™. It’s a pocket-sized scanner that gives you real-time readings on plant health, nutrient levels, and crop stress, right in the field. It’s already in use across Europe, and we’re now rolling it out in the US. We’ve calibrated it for crops like corn, wheat, tomato, grape, and rapeseed, with more coming. Depending on the crop, you can measure:
- Nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cu, Zn, Fe, Cl…)
- Chlorophyll and stress index
- pH and redox (for plant/system balance insights)
This is for folks who want to dial in nutrient decisions without waiting for lab results, reduce inputs more precisely, or just get a clearer read on what’s going on in the plant. We’re looking for our first 100 early adopters. We have already few projects in place with bio fertilizer companies and academic organizations.
Here's a quick quote from Jake Sorrill at AgriBio Systems:
"Senseen’s NutriScope is one of the most innovative tools we’ve ever used. It puts real-time plant nutrition data in your hands, something that used to take days or even weeks to get back from the lab. The insights it provides are already helping us make faster, smarter decisions in the field. Pair that with Senseen’s top-tier support, and it’s clear this tool has the potential to transform the way we farm"
