West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
We sold a ten year old house/building site/sewer system we hade built and all that was needed to do to bring the sewer system into compliance was pump both tanks.
As others have stated. The first step is to go to the County and diplomatically ask why the system in not in compliance.
