Pittsburg, Kansas | Garmin Zumo XT2 is one possibility. We use one on our motorcycle but have not used it off road yet. Just adventure traveling.

I plan on putting it on my dirt bike also as it can do trails but have not done so yet nor used the off road maps.
A bit pricey but seems to work well.
It will do both normal on highway, propose adventure roads if desired plus has off road maps and capabilities. Have not tried or used the last part yet. Traveling now to the Tetons tomorrow via an adventure on road mapping.
