Quite interesting.

I really appreciate the nuance I linked to recently in a video.

Our bodies are well equipped and designed to handle small amounts or occasional larger amounts of fructose. Some Dr's look at like a "little" poison is not good. But I have came to the conclusion that it is the "dose" that makes the poison.

An occasional apple or other fruit the body can well handle through normal pathways. It is the excessive amounts where the body struggles and has to go in emergency mode. Even these can be overcome without too much damage if done rarely with time in between for the body to repair itself.

In my opinion, it is excessive amounts over time that gets a person into metabolic trouble. Or someone like myself as a diabetic with already poor metabolic health who is already damaged to a point even moderation no longer works.

So avoid excessive fructose via juices and sodas and most people will be fine.

My non medical non nutritionist opinion only, worth exactly what you paid me for it.
