SESD
Curious how the wet conditions in the Eastern cornbelt will impact yields for them this year. We farm in SW MN and last year we had excessive rainfall. From the RMA data for 2024, my county was expected to average 198.10 bpa corn and 54.70 bpa soybean yields. Actual RMA data shows 170.20 for corn and 44.10 for soys. Excess water dings us more than dry "here".
Thankfully, the crop looks very good so far this year in my area.
