mercer county, il | My daughter is the youngest, just turned 11. She’s not a lot on field work other than she likes to ride with me, it’s like pulling teeth to get her to do something on her own though.
But when it comes to the cattle? She’s my go to. She has a way with them, and loves to work with them. This morning for example, she was up before 5, because she wanted to help load fat cattle and ride with me this morning.
What they do, or what they like to do isn’t that important to me, as long as they’re contributing, doing something positive, and they’re out of the house. We don’t even have a TV, if that says anything about how I feel about it.
Edit, I did find a picture of her working, pretty sure she was the one in the skidsteer picking up bales.
