No, Canada uses preharvest Roundup.

The hold up on US wheat is the grading systems aren’t the same and Canada requires visual differences between classes which US wheats do not meet.

Plus the western Canadian Wheat Board just plain doesn’t want it.

I have thought due to the extremely high freight rates out of places like North Dakota, there would end up being a way to transship through Canada but it has never happened.

For years, US bought pre harvested oats out of Canada even though no U.S. label, I assume there was a tolerance established but we know customs basically never checks anything coming in for residues. Lots of complaints about Rounup in the oatmeal. Result, got a U.S. label on oats.
