Subject: Attorney recommendation for septic system in MN?

Windom, MN
Long story short, I purchased the farmsite from my parents in 2018. At that time, we had to put a new septic system in to be compliant.

This year I got a building permit for a project. Then I received a letter stating my septic is not compliant and needs to be replaced... so a 7 year old septic system is no longer in compliance?

Seems I have more problems with wastewater as I live in "shoreland" as there is a slough directly behind my farmsite, so have more rules to comply with; but think it's ridiculous I may have to replace my fairly recent septic system. I know municipalities get 20-30 year permits to operate wastewater systems...why can't septic systems have this as well?

I haven't called or talked to anyone about this yet. Just seeing if anyone else has had this happen and if there may be any helpful tips in dealing with this.
