If you are in southwestern Minnesota, you have a powerful resource with the Minnesota soil health coalition. They can get you in touch with other farmers in your area And in Southwest Minnesota, there's a few of them that are doing a phenomenal job. Grant and Dawn Berkowitz is the one that comes to mind first. I bet through the soil health coalition you could find a dozen farms not terribly far from you. That would be willing to have you come on over for a visit.

I have not met one. Regenerative farmer that is like no, nobody is ever coming to my farm to see what I'm doing.

The Midwest cover crop council on their website. You can get a little booklet. Another great tool. It just has hundreds and hundreds of species of plants in there and it gives a description of each plant.

Albert Lee seed house is a great resource as well.
