Western Ontario
Nick if I remember right you’re maybe in the Owen Sound area, probably the quickest and best return would be a sprayer, $30k would probably get you into a pretty decent pull type with a gps/guidance system. I might go talk to the boys at Sprucedale, if they had somebody that would do the smaller stuff it would improve their efficiency too. Also mini hoe/skid steer is good advice too and more likely to have year round income. If you’re good at talking to people a remote controlled lawn mower/small bush hog for steep banks and around ponds I think has good potential, stuff that maybe needs cut just a couple times a year and businesses and home owners wouldn’t have to worry about flipping a $60k lawn mower or an employee getting hurt, I’d probably try and price that out at $100 per hour but it also means driving around and looking for spots that need done and actually talking to people, not just a stupid facebook ad. Get setup with Visa payment so when you’re done you get paid, accounts receivable kill all businesses.
