Any thoughts on where the PP is coming from? No major flooding on major rivers to have large amounts and the N/NW belt areas have moisture had a good spring. The E and SE that are crappy (like here) may play the game and file prevent plant corn but will then plant beans even uninsured. I just can’t see PP being above normal.
