NESD | My 535 didn't have net wrap but baled thousands of bales with it without too many problems. Pickup is a little lighter for cornstalks but I didn't have trouble, just broke a few more teeth. Went to a 567 and now a 560M. Not a lot of changes since the 530. Obviously made things heavier as the models changed but same basic baler. Some conditions bale better with the wind guard and some without. Some material will never wrap and I have a particular grass that I will guarantee will wrap on the press roll. Like others said you will have the best luck with net wrap to be stopped just as the net starts. Otherwise you will be cutting it off the top roller or replacing the bearings on it after it takes the seals out. Twine doesn't matter, sometimes need a little hay going in to grab the twine. You won't regret your purchase. | |
