Between the two, I would go with the 30, newer higher visibility cab and hydraulics are big bonuses. Maybe look even newer. I liked the 10 series but after doing chores and haying with my 6170 and then test driving a 7810 when looking for a backup, I decided against a 10. Bought a 6150 instead for not all that much more than a comparable quality 10 series brought.
