First picture was no till, second picture was ripped, disked, then field cultivated. Cannot tell a difference in yield monitor.


I will agree if planted the same day. Been there done that. But if the tilled land is fit and the no till isn’t and the tilled is planted a good amount of days earlier it’ll yield better I bet. Another big advantage if you are an early bean planter is spring planting flow allowing you to plant more days on worked that you couldn’t on no till.
We are about 1/2 no till and half fall disced, then spring field cultivated
