Last picture is eggplant. I broil the eggplant for 5 to 10 minutes. I remove the outside skin and then mashed it with fork. Then add 1 eggs and green onions. Mix them all and sprinkle with sea salt then fry. I call it fried eggplant.

Another recipe I maybe share here is the boiled broccoli. My father in-law love it and my children too. Very easy cooking. All you need is broccoli, 1 stick butter ,oyster sauce and 1/4 cup water. Melt the butter in the pan then add the broccoli. Drizzled with oyster sauce and add water.Cover until tender but don't overcook. You absolutely love the flavor of oyster sauce and broccoli.
