Anybody can nominate anybody( and makes sense a Bubba would nominate trump) but don't hold your breath on TACO getting a Nobel Peace Prize, they don't give them to people who randomly bomb other countries that have shown NO aggression towards them.
Maybe donnie dementia can just claim they did , it's not like he doesn't just make up stuff that never happened.
