Northwest Iowa | When I worked at packing plant I was visiting with the girl from the lab. I mentioned something about testing for Trichinosis. She they hadn't tested in 25 years because they never found any.That was 15 years ago. 145 is high enough for pork. I wouldn't eat feral pork. That would be nasty and could have about anything in it. I've heard that bear and coon is similar. I'm not interested in that either!! | |
