Happened to me also. My screen was blank...I kept pushing buttons to try to get it to "wake up". It dialed 911. I was able to talk to them and explain, so no one was sent out. I was able to get the phone to come back on by googling the problem. It was fixable. Lesson learned d...don't press the top button on the left side and the button on the right side at the same time.
