Trump has stated he wants cheap oil so privately he and the USDA want cheap corn, soy, wheat ECT as well to hedge inflation. Trump presidency has always meant cheap oil and grain. In other words, the USDA will kick the PP acre can down the road and use a re survey as the excuse. When was the last time the USDA was largely bullish on anything?
