WCMO-SWMO Area

Gentry county. We took the kids to see big Brutus a couple of weeks ago. Sw Missouri looked very water logged.

A CoCoRAHS weather reporter from Albany,MO has reported 8.72 inches of rain for the past 2 days..

Yes,SW Missouri is very water logged from 25 plus inches of rain since early April..In some areas nearly 50% of the corn has from moderate to severe damage that it will not come out of...Other fields look 90-95% good to excellent..

We have now had a week of dry weather..Temps in the low 90's with lots of wind has dried things out very fast...In fact with another week of this weather we would need a rain..Lots of wheat is being cut with some fields being rutted up while others are pretty firm...The early beans are getting finished up and lots of hay is being baled...Still too wet to plant DC beans.
