Madison Co. Virginia | Off topic slightly, but those Pork Butts make excellent sausage for a good price. Our local Food Lion stores put them on sale for $0.99/lb every few months, and we buy 50-70 pounds once or twice a year. It's not that great of a deal once you calculate the time we spend on it, but it's still affordable enough that we prefer that. This way, we get exactly the seasoning and ingredients in the sausage that we want, and nothing else. | |
