West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
The danger is real.
A local 31 year old guy died from heat stroke back in the early 90s working sewer construction in the metro area. It was his first week on the job. He was far from being overweight and appeared to be in pretty good shape. He left behind a wife and couple of young kids.
