Just use common sense when working outside, that's what we did many years ago. When we had no air-conditioning in the house, vehicles, tractors, combines etc we still worked and did more physical labor than most do now. We, myself included, are not as tough as we used to be. We adapted to the hear then, air conditioning has changed that.
