The best things to increase value before selling are a good wash, clean and vacuum out the cab, and put in a cab kit that looks good. I do cab kits on the side and would recommend tractor interiors Qwik Fit or Fehr Pro-Form. Get the full kit, don't do just the head liner or just the lower half, make everything look the same.
