| Young man found my game book! Got news for you Clicker, if the church wants a property, they don't need a front man. They just bring the checkbook. Money ain't no problem for them, just look at all the deals they buy and sell.
Wait until the church's natural resources division of the real-estate division sends you letters going after your agricultural farming practices. You'll find out how deep and the greed is in their business ethics, or lack of ethics I should say.
The young man doesn't have right credentials to be employed by church for upper management. He needs King Ranch master's program endorsement. Had to smile on wife sitting on rubber water tank with Watson pan float in it. Yup, he bought into flat brim livestock watering mantras. Thousand head outfit and put in a dinky tire.
I truly hope he and his wife succeed in their endeavors. We need a new generation going up. Best thing he's got going for him, is I don't think she's a can chaser. They'll make it work. I've interviewed a lot of cowboys that worked in Desert in Puff's area. They went on church missions, then took time to hitch on the wagon down there. They came home in short order, telling me they couldn't cowboy like that. It was wrecking their integrity as a person.
Lots of people have sold out here in Idaho and Utah, are moving back to Missouri. Told me their dollars buy more back their. I've really been looking at purchasing the Mustang ranch in Nevada. I'm figuring Trump will make ranching better in Nevada. Im thinking if Trump sells off federal lands, the Mustang per acre will out produce any place in the nation. Plus won't have to put up hay to pitch to cows.
Was told long time ago to be profitable in ranching, need to be below I-70 interstate for favorable weather conditions. This came from LDS church management. They have centered themselves that way. That's what intrigued me about the Mustang.
