They aren't going gangbusters here either, I think the vigor is bred out of them with more focus placed on herbicide resistant traits. I spread lime to be sure all fields are within the ranges they need to be and broadcast 100# K in the Spring for beans.
Just this last 4-5 days they look better on sandier soils, clay is stagnant.
