You’d think that would be the way it would happen but to many billionaires being big cattlemen in that part of Arkansas and southern Missouri that with drought years they still make money cause they can check off the losses from the lawyer, and retail profits and it’s win win.  Anybody can raise cattle for a profit if they got free money backing them.
