Would guess he is just the front end of an LDS church investment. His wife probably comes from the correct lineage to get all the rubber stamps to make it all happpen at the temple headquarters. A lot of people seem to be migrating to the Ozarks to live their ranching dream. Probably a good time to be selling there. A string of drought years will have them all packing and you could buy back then for pennies on the dollar. |
