So I assume you have one of those easy cuff pressure takers so you can keep a daily record of blood pressure? Without that no one has a clue what your pressure is. If you don't have one, now is the time to get one. Put it to use and remove all doubt. My heart Dr. likes to see what I have a history of as far as readings.
