Main internal rock shaft cylinder is the same. Any differences would be in the external assist cylinders. The 4850 probably came standard with two. The 4755 could have come with none, one, or two. It’s not that difficult to add one if you can get all the parts. Note that the cylinder design changed with the 55 series. The newer cylinders are slightly larger diameter for more lifting power. The upper pin is also larger, so the upper rock shaft arm has to match the cylinder. The lower casting should already be machines for the tapered pin at the bottom of the cylinder.
