If youre positive its a fast valve, valve response 1 should be 40, valve response 2 should be 10. If its smaller than a 2" valve, the response threshold should be 5. A 2" is 15. Allowable error should be 2-3%. If everything is working correct, you should only need to tweak either the allowable error a bit or the response threshold a bit. If you cant get those settings to work satisfactory, id be looking at the flow meter or wiring.
