To me, this post trumps what others have said about whether you two can stand being together all day, every day.  Nothing, absolutely nothing, is worse than working with a bunch of women.  That may sound disloyal, but I mean it with all my heart.  Men are (in general) straight-forward, black-or-white, it'll work/it won't work people.  Women are all shades of gray and everything in between.  There always seems to be a hidden agenda somewhere.  If your wife has spent her work life in an office full of women, you guys will be fine working together!!
