SE IL | Any prevent claims will be for corn even if it was never intended to go to corn. My guess is pretty much all gets planted but of course beans at this point on June 24. Haven’t been very far west but south to 64 a week ago and they were very few fields then they weren’t planted. Several did need replanted. The other thing to keep in mind is where the production is south of I70. The tier of counties along the south edge of i70 are better production counties than further south, say route 50 and south for sure. What I’ve seen I sure wouldn’t label a “disaster”, harvest is a long ways off. | |
