| You might try an iron supplement. I'm 65 and have had restless leg for years. Used to take an iron supplement in the morning (not just for RL) and still would have it sometimes. Couple of months ago switched to taking it before bed and have been RL-free. Of course, not definitive and YMMV, but so far so good. I think I saw it's possible to get too much iron but I imagine the OTC stuff isn't much of a risk.
