I've done the 600D series (8650 massey) 8.4 sisu without removing anything.
8450 has the 7.4 sisu, but i would think i comes out the same
Make sure you get every gasket and oring that touches the water pump
If it is similar to a mt635b then yes you can. I did one on it and did not remove the radiator.
