East central Indiana | Have a 2000 year Rogator 854 with Agleader Insight controller and it started spraying intermittent. It acts up in manual (speed and pressure) as well as swath/rate control. Pump pressure spikes when boom shuts off then drops when boom comes back on so thinking servo is working properly. GPS seems consistent and I am not loosing ground speed reading.. It is all 5 sections that act up.
Have noticed that I can spray one load fine then 2nd load it will act up. If machine is shut down for an hour then I can spray 2nd load without issue. I can also hear a clicking under the arm rest and don’t lose other functions.
Circuit board under arm rest was replaced a few years ago. Have changed floor master switch so far and don’t see obvious bare wires. Any help would be appreciated.. | |
