We can barely get guys to show up and put the wet stuff on the red stuff. If we required anything more, we would have even fewer interested.
The problem here is lots of guys work 20-40 and more miles from the station .
I do respond to every call , but im just here on the farm 99% of the time .
Normally 1-2 guys show up .
We do have mutual aid agreements with other VFD “s
and the full timers too .
The full timers are at least 30 minutes away . |
