True, I remember the year when they said Texas and all those states down there is what brought the average up, but you never hear them say it brings it down.
I feel for those guys in southern Illinois and surrounding areas. I remember 2019 in our area and that is not fun at all. Very frustrating when mother nature does not cooperate.
