My advise to you is please do not belittle people. Everyone doesn't know everything and some of us are trying to learn.

Good Example, I paint equipment as a hobby. I used to buy my paint at NAPA. The counter people treated me like an idiot because I knew what I wanted to accomplish but was new to paint so I didn't know the answer to some of their questions. I also learned they oversold me on the more complicated and expensive paint. Orielly's had patience with my questions and talked through things with me. I drive by several NAPA's to get to Oreillys now. Don't know the price difference, don't care. I can talk paint now but when I started I was learning. I will always be learning but I am a customer for life.

I realize there are certain details that you need to do your job and get the correct parts but we are all at different levels of understanding.
