| Anyone got or know where to get a Geringhoff Northstar gearbox? 1820
Bought a used head cheap that had one row unit where the gathering chain sprocket had snapped off the gearbox. Pulled unit to last night to tear down and rebuild but someone has tried to pull the clutch/ring and pinion cover with the cross shaft still in place and broken the cover. Just across two bolt holes so I’m contemplating having it tog welded.
Figure id try for a whole gearbox to speed things up, trying to get in the field in 3 weeks probably. | |
