The day was not bad. I've never been in a hospital where everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Just walking the halls of the labyrinth and walking past people they'd smile and say hi. Ask a question and they went out of their way to answer. Was clean everywhere, no peeling paint or broken stuff I've seen in some. The comment about Facebook, I've been looking on Marketplace for a vehicle and thought I'd spend some time looking at ad's for a rav4 while waiting. I've never used the Chromebook for Facebook ( or anything, it's a leftover). When I tried to log in Facebook wouldn't accept me without confirmation from my desktop AT HOME IN MY OFFICE! It gets weirder, last night at home I thought just for future possible use I'd log in to Facebook on the Chromebook while in the office. Deleted all the messages on Facebook on the desktop. Tried to log in on the Chromebook, no problem, nothing said, just up came Facebook. I know that everybody is hyper about security but I'm running into Catch22 too often with company's over the top security and no alternate methods to contact them to straighten things out. And the same people that don't want you to see a picture of them or their kids on the Internet are the same ones in the newspapers with pictures. Go figure. |
