Now do the part where you come in there Deere has the metric bolts in a drawer behind the counter, you give them the exact size m8-1.25x25mm and they need a part number or want to spend 5 minutes looking up what machine this bolt is for so they can find the part number themselves.
That bolt has a part number. It should be listed at the bin location. Easy enough to get the right part number for that. Ours aren't in Vidmar drawers but go by the part number so a M4 size bolt will be in the same bin location as a M20 nut. Most are listed with the part number written on the box along with the size. But it takes some looking and hunting to find the right one if you just go back there and start digging trying to find the right one. We can look up bolts through our system by size and if we don't have the exact bolt or nut we can find something that will work and be pretty close to correct. It just takes some time. |
