red river valley se of fargo
It goes both ways, at a Cat dealer i must frequent, they keep telling me they will enter my serial #'s into their system so they'll always have them. I only have 2 cat machines. I have provided them the serial #'s no less than 10 times and yet every time I go back, they're not in the system. It's gotten to be kind of comical.

At a different dealer, I just needed a fuel filter so I figured the new guy could handle it. I provided the tractor model # and clearly stated i needed a fuel filter. After about 5 minutes of mouse work on the computer, the kid asked if the filter was for a baler.
