nc ks | Opinion here: I feel like a lot of people feel like enlist is going to cover their mistakes. Enlist does not add much to the tank mix imo. We like using dicamba beans because we can use high rates of dicamba in the burndown and we start really clean. We layer residuals in there both pre and post. Liberty does a great job in our area if you spray it right at the right time in the right conditions.
We don't miss the dicamba. We also know we have to stay extra on top of the situation because we don't have the dicamba helper in crop anymore. I feel like some guys think in the enlist program that enlist actually will do something great. I don't think it does.
We grew a lot of liberty beans and then enlist beans before it was 'cool'. We got along great with them but didn't see much punch out of the enlist. Almost the opposite. | |
